No you are gaining only water weight. I weight myself in the morning and I am always around 4-5 lbs heavier at night. I retain alot of water. But I have been eating lots of cucumbers,raw onions,and Watermellon and this has helped me loose the water weight as they are natural diuretics. Also the most important thing here is dont forget to take some extra fiber, that really kick started my weight loss by using some psyllium fiber and lots and lots of water really cleans you out and technically you want about 2 good bowel movements daily.
