Extra virgin coconut oil is the only kind to use, especially on the skin. I've used this on burns and exema and the results were great. The burn (scalding water from pasta pot) healed almost overnight,and left no scar or any kind of mark, and my 2 teenage grandkids use it on their exema, and get very good results. If they'd stop drinking all tha soda pop they'd do well, I believe. Tweet
