When I was a kid, I spent too much time in hospital... sometimes for a month... with severe eczema.
Then, as a teen, one foreign born doctor told me to ONLY USE coconut oil and cocoa butter on my skin and hair.
The severe dermatitis began to leave me and now these are the primary oils I use on my skin and hair for more decades than I care to relate.

Some folks have compromised liver issues or digestive tract issues that need to be resolved in order to get to the cause of eczema. Others need to identify and deal with allergens.
