Hello all! I have been a fan of NT since 2000, and following it as well as I can for about 2 years now. I JUST made the ketchup! It is SO yummy, although, now I am worried it will get spicier like you said! It isn't spicey at all now. I bought fish sauce as well because I live in a mountain resort community and have a very difficult time finding whole fresh fish to use. I am so excited to have stumbled upon this forum! I've felt like I'm the only one who eats this way, but not anymore! YAH! :) Tweet
