Good to hear the positive report about ketchup. I hadn't tried it yet (no kids!) but will eventually! Of course, I have meant to do the mustard, too, and haven't. I'm hooked on the fermented cucumbers . . . don't think I'll be able to eat those done in vinegar ever again!
