Posted this to Kefir site, got no response. Glad to have found this topic. I'm really struggling now with what is best diet for me! Protein metabolic type O? Raw living food vegan? No Grain? Grain Centered? Had come to conclusion best diet must be a combo of all these sort of with No UNSOAKED Grains. Surely grains can't really be bad, maybe they just need soaking and sprouting....and cooking?
I'll order the NT book, but meanwhile if someone can tell me please, how to soak grains, and are they then cooked? Is the soak water discarded? Are grains then sprouted?
