I live in South Africa. I was surprised at even being able to get Kefir grains and EM in such a backward place! But I do know a guy who goes to Australia sometimes. Next time, I will try get some grainfields "greens". Amazing-sounding product.

Wow! Just gave me a Great idea! I can ferment wheat grass juice!! That should be healthy. Although I think by the time it's fermented, much of what makes wheatgrass beneficial will be dead. Hmmm, gotta find a local wheatgrass supplier... I already got the juicer Tweet
