I'm planning on making fermented things a major part of my diet. I just got my first batch of EM-1 stock yesterday which I plan on taking daily (won't try the AEM extension till I feel more confident about handling small amount of sugar). Going to kefir-ferment cabbage, tomato-juice, all kinds of stuff. Will probably have just 1 Tbsp of kefir daily - I find it only makes me sick if I have it in what I term "therapeutic" quantities.
Good think I love the taste of fermented food!
