Yeah, I'm going to try fermented vegetables too. I tried fermented grape juice, but the alcohol content always got too high.
I am also getting some EM-1 culture. Going to try that.
I'm not sure what it is about the milk. Maybe it is true I rushed it and took too much too fast. In any event, I'm kind of scared of it now because it really did make me feel VERY unwell. Going to give Kimchi, sauerkraut (probably wihout salt) and EM-1 + some commerical probiotic tabs a chance.
