Re: To Raymond
Tessee,
The one good thing I have heard about Triphala is that it does NOT cause a laxative effect but produces regular, normal bowel movements. I can attest that this is the case with my family. I would definitely give it a try if you can get your hands on it.
I have suffered from migraines since high school and can tell you that all this cleansing has made them worse as I am stirring up so much toxins inside me. That is why I backed off everything except the bowel cleanse/P&B shakes and the foot pads. At least this way, I have a better understanding of "what is doing what". I also use the Masters Miracle detox soaking baths that pull the toxins out from my skin. I feel that between the foot pads and detox baths, I am doing a good job of forcing those toxins OUT and by keeping up with the bowel cleanse, I am able to pull out as much of those additional toxins as possible. I can tell you by doing this, my headaches have decreased dramatically.
Everyone has their own cleansing schedule, but I have read in numerous places that if possible, you should do the
Bowel Cleanse first, then the
parasite cleanse, then the kidney cleanse, then the liver cleanse. I tried to do the liver cleanse/flush first and it backfired on me - so I will now try to follow the cleansing order advice.
As far as the color of the pads, this information was pulled off the BodyPure website:
Yellow-green: Detoxifying from the kidney, bladder, urinary tract, female/prostate area
Orange: Detoxifying from joints
Brown: Detoxifying from liver, tobacco, cellular debris
Black: Detoxifying from liver
Dark green: Detoxifying from gallbladder
White foam: Lymphatic system
White cheese-like particles: Most likely yeast
Black flecks: Heavy metals
Red flakes: Blood clot material
After 11 days, my foot pads have consistently been dark brown. I am not a smoker so I assume it is pulling toxins from the liver. I have had several pads with a white sunburst pattern in the middle. But I have not seen any other colors in either my pads or my wife's.
Good luck with the olive oil. That should help as well.
