I'm glad you said Empress as although it is the most expensive it lasts the longest. My dentist felt it would be the best but was leaving the decision to me hoping that I would be able to get a sensitivity test to make an informed decision. However I have decided to get the root canalled tooth out first as it is causing me bother and concern. That will give me another couple of weeks to prepare for the first Amalgam removal. Also I will be able to confer more with the dentist about the procedure. I have been practising chewing at the other side and would be able to manage ok! However as I have a metal crown and a bridge on that side which will have to be removed at some point who knows what I'll end up with! I am quite prepared to eat in a different way if it means better health especially this awful headache. I now have organic vegetables delivered each week and getting more organised at juicing and preparing liquidized soups. I'm sure I will get fed up at some point but I feel it will be worth it in the end. Many thanks again for your advice. This is the first time I have used the Internet for anything other than work and these forums although confusing at times have been invaluable. I will certainly not hesitate to post to you again with further queries.
