i am no dairy so that makes it harder fo rme to find new recipes since most i runinot /have dairy aor soy in them and i don't use eitehr of those.. 8(
ineed to tryout soem recipe s 9liek yours above) and a guy on recipe forum ahd a nice snack treat one sandwiches
then amke sure and put folks names next to them and maybe we coudl make a recipe post allat once with a series of tried recipes for folks/ here is a tip i soh so good.
i do like natures vally plain honey/oat groanola bars ..
they are haard and crunchy.. i need ot start amking my own for sure.. any how.. butter them up with vigin coconut oil
like you woudl bread.. i rarely eat bread but eat more oatmeal instead.. but i swear that is jstu heavenly...
it is hard fo rme to jstu take the oil alone.. but if i take it like that it is jstu perfect fo rme..
