No one is trying to impinge your right to say what you wish, simply the appropriate forum for your comments. Dr Vinograd offers his services for free on this forum (without advertising his product), and if not advertising, it is certainly in poor taste to push a competitors product. I would hope that you would agree with me that trying to help people in this forum should not be used as an opportunity to hurt his company.
