update/ last night

yes in reply to flowerchild and kd
last night i put tehm along the side/ and slightly over ball of foot area/ and bound them snug with bandage tape.
this morning both had same pattern to them...
when i looked at my reflex charts, they were totally white / but hard alon gmy spine but yellow med green at my thymus/ lympth and broncial area
at least now i know to scoot them over a bit/ more onto ball od foor sicen the spine seems fine.

i got my zapper today finally !!! teh terminator!
i ripped that bag open!!
yo umust know this/ i ahve high sesitivity to electric currents.
i have been slightly electrififed 2 x's in my life. and also can't wear battry run watches caus ethe batteries go dea don me.
also when it lightnings , i ge tincredibley clear rejuvenated and tranquil all at same time.
a lady i once knew worked fo RA chiropractor / and used a machiem thing with prongs to deliver electric curetns to muscles to help loosen up knot s in them etc/ she was on eof my weapson students so she gave me free treatments (nioce) when i pulled a hamstrign/ and in retturn iused them on her on her back area that she coudl nto do herslef... anyhow/ she woudl boost that thign up to top curretn on me cause youare suppose dto feel it relax the knots etc...a nd i woudl jstu sit there an dget high off the electricity lol (it was funny if you ahd been there... )

anyhow i had a simialr reaction to my zapper...
i stuck it on my thigh/wher ei ahve no feeling
and after about 5minutes i started feelin g high kindof in my head...(and i don't do drugs btw not even aspirin)
it was like all of a sudeen i felt light headed and clear thinkign and relaxed all at smae time...
i started laughign and gigglin g/ my duahter thoguht i was nuts/
but i jstu felt so darn GOOD.
i actually foun d soem humor in teh show on tv that normally i am completely bored with !!
anyhow i felt combo toally rejuvenated adn at the same time totally relaxed and jstu plin in a darn good mood happy.
i lef titon an dhour and a half then fell asleep not from detox/ jstu felt so goo dand snug and cozy.
i am totally pleased with the result of that... afte ri wooke up,
i have been veyr clear headed and hearin gbetter and smellign stuff better too...
so tha tis soem hing migh tbe an addition to your lis tof stuff if youhave reactions to the heerbs etc/
i can see wher e this plus the pads and the Clarkia and oil.oregano are all goign to work hand in hand very well for me... i am thrilled.

btw teh nightbefore last i think i aid this... the color had gone from murky moss green to a more greenish yellow...
tonight i am going to put them back on my heels sicen afte ri scrape dmy heels smooth. i niticed a definite hurt spot at the sciatic nerve areas/
which btw is a spot that i ahd damge tofor about a year when the docs messed me up onan epidural on my 2nd c section...
i won't go into details ut htey were frakign and whisperign be hind me and i kepaskign what? what ahppened .. and they ended up takign it out and redoign it with a spinal and then i couldnt get feelign fo r about 2 days theywere concerend/ after tha ti had sever sciatic nerve PAIN down on leg back for a goo dyear... and
tha tis the spot on my heel tha tis huritn...
so i will be curious to see... btw that is the leg that give sout on my alot and i can easliy fall if lean to far on it. it is avery weak leg for me afte r the heat srokes... my righ t thight stillahs no feelign in it/ unrelated.
