Copper is one of the safest metals around and your body actually needs a small amount. If you can afford it, either silver or titanium would be safer but I can not see anyone buying a $600.00 set of footpads.

However, an excess of any metal can wreak havok on a perfectly good body. That is why we use wet paper towels between us and the copper.
