I too have tried the liver flush, which we always called it the gallbladder cleanse. I am here to tell you I FEEL it works! Taking the gallbladder out is taking care of a symptom, WHY not take care of the Problem and that is to feed the body the right way & it can HEAL itself!!

I was told that the apple juice and lemon juice are to soften the stones so that they can pass and the oil is to help them go through the ducts. I passed black stones (That's what I would choose to call them) many of them the first time and then I redid the cleanse and passed green ones that time and I FELT GREAT the first and 2nd time.

I am a Believer that they were stones softened! I feel that if your going to do the cleanse that you need to stick with someone that has done it before and do it as it says to do it! I would do it again and know that if I did I would feel better!

I have friends that have done it, after being diagnosed with a bad gallbladder and got the same GREAT feeling I had one of them is a nurse and she has of yet to have her gallbladder taken out and she really wasn't sure when I told her what I had done, when I had gallbladder problems, because she really is not into the natural things as I am BUT........

this time she decided to try the cleanse and it worked and made a BELIEVER out if her!

You have to decide what is BEST for you and it's NOT SURGERY for me!

I will opt to do cleanses as to be practiced on by a doctor, which is what happens sometimes! At least this is my opinion!
