Re: newbie, where do I start?!

Thanks all, I actually have some Black-Walnut and Wormwood complex tincture in my cupboard. Bought when I thought DH was going to come down with a Malaria relapse and ended up using it on myself, months later, instead when I had African Tick Bite fever. I looked at the ingriedients and it is Black-Walnut green hulls, Wormwood leaves and tops, Sweet Annies leaves and tops and Clove flowers in coconut glycerin and triple filtered water. I can't do capsules and am not too sure what to do when a cleanse calls for that.

Any suggestions on which cleanse/treatment I should start with first? ie. the parasite one or liver cleanse or which? Still, reading my way through Cure for all Diseases.
