For immediate relief....fill you bathtup with mildly warm water add some vinegar to it....the amount does not really matter, a couple of cups will do it. Then soak in the tub for as long as you can, trying to cover the erruptions if possible. Don't make the water to hot, as that can increase the itching...although it will diminish as soon as you dry and cool off. This can stop the itch almost immediately, and get rid of the outbreak....sometimes with just one bath....sometimes it takes several. Do it as often as you wish. The rash will return....so other deeper froms of healing are still necessary....but boy, you will both feel and look better....
