Re: Cake with low or no sugar. Possible?

I dunno, but frozen bananas in the Champion juicer + another flavor such as another frozen fruit, or peppermint, or cocoa/carob etc. can make great ice cream! Blueberry is a favorite of mine!
Babies don't know what they're missing, a one year old might not know what cake is. I think it would be cool to not start a child out expecting cake for the "big day". You could make a raw fruit layered pie with a nut and date crust, or make a banana split using the aforementioned banana icecream (a lot of bananas but that's not so bad) or maybe just a fruit fondue, dip the fruit in melted chocolate (dark chocolate with xylitol and possibly something like coconut cream to make it the right consistency) or even the "bad stuff" since you wouldn't be eating much. Just throwing out ideas. I guess the baby's birthday is alreay past but I just saw this.
