when i did the fast i just took a big bottle with me when we went out - that way whenever i felt hungry i would just gulp as much down as i needed to stop the "temptation" - it worked pretty well - secondly - i don't think, and it didn't happen to me, that going back on food is that big a deal - just follow the directions on how to go back slowly and, for me anyway, there was absolutely no problem and i even got back on solids faster that i was suppose to with no side affects....the main thing was that it just felt kind of strange to be putting food in my mouth again and it did break my coffee habit all together - so if i accomplished one thing from the fast it was the coffee addiction - i use to get bad headaches if i didn't have coffee in the morning....you did the right thing by hopping right back on the wagon ....just add an extra day to your fast and that will work - try and stay away from fast food like that - don't think i could have resisted either! good luck!
