i think, as others have written, it is extremely important to ALWAYS have some lemonade with you. I used to drink several big glasses before I left for work in the morning, and then brough two big sport bottles of it with me to work. That was usually enough to get me through the day (although I had a couple of close calls when I ran out by the end of the day and had to work a bit longer than expected.)
Another thing is that I know from your posts that you are concerned, or at least, hopeful that you will lose weight on the MC. And, it is true, that if you consume less lemonade (particularly less lemonade) you will consume fewer calories. And consequently, maybe more weight. But you won't even get to that point if you go off the MC. So my point is, and it is just my opinion based on my own personal experience, it is better to drink tons of lemonade and stay on the
Master-Cleanse than to scrimp and try to save calories by reducing the amount of lemonade you drink. I found that first three or four days the most difficult, and weekends. I drank TONS of lemonade those days. But there were also several days during my 12 day
Master-Cleanse that I only drank four or five glasses; that is simply all I wanted.
The amazing thing (to me) about the
Master-Cleanse is that you really should never be truly hungry on it. If you are, than you are not drinking enough lemonade.
