Stacy, you just described me as well - usually, instead of getting right back up on the horse, once I fell off I continued with the bad behavior. But recognizing that is half the battle right there. Don't beat yourself up about it - you did 3 days of the cleanse - that's an accomplishment! I'm happy to see that you're getting right back into it tomorrow - you have an awesome attitude!

Your comment about bringing lemonade with you everywhere you go is a good one. The only times I felt like going off of the cleanse were times when I was doing things like shopping or dropping over a friend's house for a minute, and I had nothing to drink or eat for several hours.
