I am so sorry, but you can be proud that you did it for as long as you did (some folks can't make it past one day) and that you resolved to try again! I think it may help if you can try to avoid being around others eating, but that may not be possible. definitely keep the lemonade with you so you have some when you are tempeted. it often takes the craving away. i am on day five and this is the first day i feel i can make it to 10, so there is hope!
