I have always calculated my person year from birthday to birthday. From December 2nd to December 2nd. I calculate the year I am in now as the 19/10/1 year.

December 2, 2003 was my last birthday. 12 + 2 + 5 = 19/10/1

Mayan Astrology takes the energy of your birth Day as the Theme for your coming year too. It really makes sense to me that, numerologically, you'd go from birthday to birthday also - as that 'number' energizes your year from that moment forward.

Even though I'm in a 19/10/1 year right now (perfectly matches the Tone 10 Blue Night year that I'm in right now too! in the mayan - cool...) I'll be feeling the World Vibration of 2004, ya know? The world vibration will be affecting me, definitely...but personally I'm still in the 19/10/1 year.
