Hi Sudanym! (love your name!)

That's so great that you did your first liver flush! Did you say that you got some parasites out with the flush?? This is pretty normal...I've heard LOTS of people say they eliminated worms or spidery bugs or strange 'puffball' parasites on the liver flush. It's like they're all hangin' out with the toxins in the liver or something! yikes! Glad you got them out. It IS amazing, isn't it???

A friend of mine lost weight basically doing what you're doing. He did b&p cleanses, drinks about 2 litres of warm water daily, did a short 3Day Master Cleanse, a liver cleanse (so far) and he's changed his diet. Actually for 2 months he went on a pretty strict New West Diet (www.thedoctorwithin.com)....basically it was mainly fresh fruits and vegetables (raw), with some rice...and absolutely no Sugar or dairy. Of course, no processed foods. He lost 16 pounds and his allergies disappeared! (brutal grass/pollen allergies - plus he snored like crazy and now he is utterly silent! unbelievable)

Anyway....I think you're on the right track. Your bi-weekly Liver Flushes will totally detox your liver and get your body back into balance (which means weight loss too). Keep the water intake up (sooo good for you....flushing everything out, keeping the bm's moving) and just try not to eat white flour, Sugar and dairy. If you have at least one raw food meal a day (a big salad with all the trimmings!) then you'll be getting enzymes that you need...and good Vital food that will revitalize you.

GreensPlus would be good anytime, I suspect...as well as a good oil 'udo's choice' or flax seed oil.

Not sure when you should start a round of probiotics. I've done 6 Liver Flushes so far and haven't taken probiotics yet. Listen to your body and it will probably tell you...I'd tend to wait until you're done your major cleansing.

How long did you do the b&p's for? Any fantastic results?? How many times a day?
