Re: Stones, Enzymes, Probiotics and questions
Thanks for the response and encouragement Tracey. I should have explained my diet a bit better but I didn't want to create a very long read. I eat quite a bit of raw food and have cut out all sugar, wheat and dairy. (When I mentioned my "falling off the wagon" that is only on trips and conferences where my selection is limited but I don't do too bad there either.)
I was treated for allergies for many years and they went away last year when I started learning about how to eat. (I was seeing a nutritionist who introduced me, somewhat, into this healthy stuff.)
I was wondering about the enzymes because I figure they can't hurt with my guts so messed up, and believe me, my body is telling me they're messed up! (I know, eat more raw food and it will take care of itself...I'll try.)
I did the B&P shakes for about 6 weeks and got out a lot of the mucoid plaque. When I ran out of that, I tried Colozan and I'm happier with it because I don't have to carry so much to work to mix up...course, it seems to liquify everything...hope that's normal!
I bought some probiotics a few weeks ago when my body told me I needed them. I have stopped taking them and will try to wait until I finish a series of
Liver Cleanses to "repopulate." Unless I get different advice from this group.
Thanks again!
