Just 2 small advises:
Kefir before bed ( at least half glass)

Ca/Mg supplemets BEFORE bed but not with kefir. Make 0.5 break between.

Kefir is a cheaper and more natural substitution for probiotics and
Ca supplements BEFORE bed balance your acid "interior" . Want to check? Try the urine pH strips in the morning.
