Answer:


There are generaly 8 main factors, causing an attack:




1. eating foods that will cause gallbladder/liver contractions and movements (fats, fresh vegetables and fruits, magnesium rich foods, ... )


2. Eating foods you do not tolerate ( industrially processed fats, fried foods, grilled foods, MSG, preservatives , (could be also eggs, chicken, nuts, milk
products ))

3. thirst - lack of water

4. imbalanced diet

5. Stress

6. Lack of physical activity

7. Any factor that will make 1-3 worse

8. Any combination of 1,2,3,4.
