I am new here - badly need an initial cleanse. Got that started, righto. .. .reading posts to educate myself on the next steps - as I know I need this badly.

I saw some pix someplace on worms. . . ewe. My question - where do they come from? How can we avoid getting any more?

I am glad you ahve been so candid - I think if I saw a tape worm coming out. . . I would freak - and my partner would not be much help - you wrote about live ones too!
