i think this point about having your bowels working properly cannot be overemphasized, as i am a healthy 36yr old, and i am using psyllium husk and Bentonite powder(about to buy the liquid). i only have one bm a day, that is looking healthier, but i sometimes wonder if shouldn't be having more movements. is this healthy for me, or should i be having more movement? i am not going to try any parasite/ Liver Cleanses until i am sure my bowels are working efficiently. perhaps someone can tell me what i can swallow in addition to p&b in order to speed things along(i am afraid to take the Sea Salt /water mixture as sodium makes my heart beat too fast). and how many movements are healthy?
