The enemas aren't really that bad. As long as there is some kind of lubricant on the tip. I'm sure there is. I used those Fleet enemas too really not bad. I found that bending over with your knees on the floor was the best position. I also did an enema with Sea Salt and olive leaf and really expelled a lot of gunk.
At the time I didn't know much about parasites other than they were prevelant in third world countries. I certainly didn't know I had them. I was doing it for candida at the time.
I expelled about four times in fifteen minutes and I did feel pretty cleansed. My stomach seemed to go down too.
I read also that you should keep the solution whatever you use "up there" for as long as possible. Like turn on one side and then the other to get the solution everywhere in the colon.
