stomach pulsating

OH BOY! I did my first enema last night because I was so constipated and bloated and well within hours, my stomach area was pulsating (last all night into today) and I has having small yet sharp pains in my upper intestines. All day my intestines feel like they are contracting and I am feeling lots of movement in one particular area. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
