It WAS a beautiful ride and a perfect day for it too - cool breeze with a hint of fall and blue skies peppered with clouds. Perfect weather because otherwise, the protective leathers can get hot. Fall colors are just beginning to give a hint of themselves, but the non-New England peepers are already beginning to appear on the roads!

To address your musing before I ask my Q: YES, YES and YES. It is absolutely worth it. But I feel you know this viscerally, yourself. Ignorance is bliss only in that it prevents us from having to make a choice or a decision. Change is never easy, and cleansing oneself, physically or emotionally, generally comes with discomfort! Is that discomfort worth it? It's an individual question. My answer is an unequivocal yes.

Noticing that you, too, are choosing to continue - and also using humor to keep from getting caught up in, and perpetuating - the drama of the horror taking place, I sense that your answer too, is yes.

Okay. Now tell me, please, what is a colemic? Or colema? Or whatever it's called? How do I do it? Can I do it without wheatgrass? (That's laziness, I don't want to go back to the healthfood store AGAIN today!). What are the residual effects? I took today off but other than that - I must contend with the 9 - 5 thing.

Also, is probiotics a generic thing or a brand name? I'm currently taking antioxidents (acidopholus). Is that the same type of thing?
