Dear Midlothian Girl,

Wow. That was quite an experience. Have you figured out that the good bacteria in your gut also got wiped out along with the bad?

You can put the good bacteria back into your gut by going to the health food store, or the drug store, and asking for "Probiotics."


The good bacteria are important for keeping the bad bacteria down, helping to digest food, and for synthesizing some of the vitamins.

So this is important to do after taking Antibiotics .
