I'm going to be very blunt here, because I don't know any other way to put it, but: I DON'T CARE. It has nothing to do with me. I'm not the one you should be convincing. Infact there's nothing to convince me of. I have no PERSONAL opinion towards you one way or the other. It makes no difference to me what you have and haven't done. If you've broken the rules then proper action should be taken, if you haven't, then not. That is supposed to be for the moderators and Webmaster to decide. I'm not a moderator and whatever decision is made concerning all this shouldn't be based on the things I or any other individual member have posted here...

This whole discussion was created by Spirit for exactly that purpose, to get public opinion! Why he chose to do that when this should be a moderator issue, I have no idea, but he did, and in all of my posts here I've tried so hard to be completely unbiased and neutral towards you and approach the whole thing from a "hypothetical" perspective without making any definitive statement about whether you should or shouldn't be banned or whatever. Infact I've even mentioned that in some cases in the past, from what I've seen anyway, you weren't the ONLY one to blame...

Because I'm not claiming to know what should be done in your specific situation, only stating my own observations and "opinions" on the topics at hand, there is no "informing" necessary on my part. I have stated some of my observations of your past activity, and the fact that what's "really going on" is a lot deeper and has a lot more history behind it than just those 4 posts Spirit linked, but the majority of my posts here have been related more to general POLICY, things for the Webmaster to think about IN GENERAL, not just in this case but in future situations as well, and "hypothetical" situation of someone acting up repeatedly. Whether any of these things apply to you in this case is entirely up to the webmaster/moderators to decide.

Don't even try to lay blame on me for that, I never escalated anything. I made, what? 2 posts? that had nothing to do with you personally other than the fact that they existed on your blog, that as you've made it so clear by now, you could have hidden or asked to have hidden. But instead, you chose not just to respond, but to bring it to 2 forums including the Newsletter Suggestions forum (because someone gave me an R that I never even wanted or cared about, but apparently got on your nerves), and 2 (I think?) others of your blogs (but that alone doesn't matter as they're your blogs). What escalation occurred after that had nothing to do with me and I certainly never called for it.
