Yup, i was the same way.... few suggestions - first; do the bathtub thing; turn the water on just a bit and let it hit wherever you like.... you'll learn more about what you like or don't; and it'll get you there.
Also, get one of those little vibrator thing; (like the size of your finger). Like someone said, you gotta use those in the right place. I personally think there are two sorts of orgasms; internal and external. You'll receive the external by using the small vibrator and/or the bathtub bit.
Third; for intercourse; get on top. You have to be patient... I always have problems but by being on top you can go exactly where you need to... and don't give up like, just because it's already been two minutes (LOL) or you don't think you'll get there. It'll sneak up on ya.
