I now use that energy (a great one it was) and transmute it to intuition will helps me deal with those things and people I don't understand. I hope as well as the internal spiritual cleansing you take care of its counterpart (internal cellular cleansing) both mental as well as physical toxins are eliminated. As you take in purer physical nourishment so it is with the spiritual.
