Re: You can...

I had the most improvement with minerals. It has been a long road, so I can not say exactly what helped most, but I can say that balancing my calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, and my electrolytes has had a profound affect on my visual acuity. My vision, at my last physical, a few months ago, improved from 20/100 to 20/40(in my strongest eye). I feel that my vision is better than that now, but I have not visited my optometrist yet. I did not do any of the vision exercises, unfortunately, I have not been exercising at all, which I'm sure would help improve my vision more and faster. I did find rebounding helpful in combination with vitamins(A & E) many months ago, but I have not tried it recently. I know that I have circulation issues that could also be affecting my eyes. I haven't gotten much benefit from the lutein and bilberry formulas, but vitamins A with sufficient zinc has worked wonders for my night vision. Calcium, oddly seemed to help me focus better.

My most recent task is to improve my daughter's vision. Hers is much worse than mine. She is not improving as quickly as I did, but I am confident that it can happen as we have been able to get some improvement before, but she was not consistent, and I was not as attentive to her routine as I needed to be.
