How do you cure your eyesight naturally?

CAn you cure your eyesight naturally? Well, I believe you can.. but I am not sure how.. I have seen books that you can buy with exercises etc. has anybody tried these and got results? I wanted to try one of the programmes, but a lot of them are not available in New Zealand and are a hassle to get sent to NZ. Also, i would have to get my parents permission, because there is no way I can afford to pay for the programmes. If anyone has tried some of these programmes of knows of anything that helps improve your eyesight (especially myopia) I would be SOOO grateful! THANKS!!! Tweet
