I'm currently trying TheraTears. Not sure yet if they work, but I read that flaxseed oil is good for dry eyes.
I can totally relate because my eyes are killing me. I've been going thru this since I was in my early 20's and now I'm 50.
You need to humidify your bedroom at night and turn down the thermostat. We're suffering from too dry air right now. Mine are so much worse in the winter. I use a vaoporizer not a humidifier.

Owen... I don't tend to trust companies who don't have a website. I feel like they don't have a good enough product to advertise it. Otherwise I'm gonna also try some of your suggestions. :-) Tweet
