Hi,

I just finished reading all your posts and the responses for your posts. Would you mind sharing your experience on Dr. Bates' method. I noticed your posts were about 8 months ago and wanted to see how are you doing and also if you would recommend this method or have found other ways to improve your eyesight. I have a very poor eyesight and it seems like it is getting worst as time pass. My husband wanted me to have a laser surgery,but I really don't feel comfortable doing it. Please let me know what do you think.
