Instead of asking a bunch of ignorant question why doint you read a book once in a while! The benefits of these diets is well known ,its not hard to find this information! I myself do not believe vegetarian vegan diets to be sound, but you will not see me posting my personal biased opinions in a Vegan support forum ! I have enough respect for those who are making an attemt to improve thier lives not to interfere with my inexperienced biases! Plus if I did moderation would show there bias and delete me! Its obvious the bias of the forum owner and the mods here at curezone show this bias by allowing this kind of interuption and this forum suffers from thier personal bias! People comong here to look for support find dissent and personal negativity will not bother posing thier question in fear of harrassment! Tweet
