One more thing, My boyfriend pays child support and everytime the baby comes to us she is dressed like a rag child, clothes are stained, to small, ripped. Now is child support to go for clothes??? Cause thats what Iam thinking and if you say ne thing to the mother she says child support is child support for food shelter blah blah, but she isnt paying for a shelter or food she is mooching off of everyone else...am I right or wrong???
