Re: Lapis - more questions

I can't thank you enough for taking your time to help me. Your instructions are so helpful. I plan to follow them. I already have the cabbage and plan to juice it asap. Been taking L-glutamine for a while now without much noticeable difference. Mayby not taking enough. Pau d'arco has been great too. Will look for Flor Essence - always looking for natural ways to fight this thing. Last year my ph was tested by a naturopath. I figured she would say I was too acid since I was on hi-protein, low-carb siet and I still drink 2 cups of coffee daily. To my surprise she said I was too alkaline. She gave me a chart to follow of the lowest acid foods to eat. I don't know where I am today but still bacisly have eaten the same since then but tried to eat more acid foods. I know that yeast loves an alkaline environment so that might be why it's so hard for me to get rid of it. Thanks for the tip about the dandelion. It makes sense. I quit drinking pop a long time ago. Just mostly water all the time. Sometimes Perrier just for fun. Wheat and Sugar are mostly gone but giving up cheese is a hard one for me. You are obviously knowledgeable on this subject. I am grateful for your presence here and your concern for others. It will come back to you in good ways! On to more cleansing and flushing. I will let you know how it goes.
