Help anyone! I recently had a gallbladder attack followed by a milder one just a few days later. I don't want to have it taken out. I prefer to do a lemon juice/olive oil flush. But the preparations for this flush require me to drink lots of apple juice and eat a lowfat diet for days before the flush in order to soften stones and give the gallbladder a rest from digesting fats. Yet, I know this will bring on a full blown yeast infection. Don't know what to do. What or how do I eat?!
