Re: lets make a list!!

Hey there...
The best way to check what you are allergic(sensitive) to is to take a test called an "electro-dermal food sensitivity test". Check the net for people that perform this in your area. That will give you a comprehensive list of everything your body is sensitive to. If your eating foods that you're sensitive to, you will only make the candida worse. In a perfectly healthy body allergic reactions cause problems can you imagine what they do to people with candida? As far as I know corn is not a good option cuz it is very difficult to break down so why stress your poor bowels & liver out even furthur? Pork is just plain unhealthy for every part of your body, cholesterol, heart. Think of what they feed pigs & that is what your chomping down on. Beef is fine as long as you eat plenty of veggies . With candida you should always try to have more veggies on your plate than bread & grains, meat, etc. Personally I would investigate what blood type you are too! There is a great set of books by Peter D'adamo that follows the idea that certain foods are better for your specific blood type. For e.g...If your Blood-type A it is scientifically proven that A's have a harder time breaking down meat but does great with seafood. Where as Blood type O NEEDS lots of meat to thrive. It is a very interesting & logical concept.Different blood responds differently to different foods. Hope this answers some of your questions. Take Care!
