OK...How do you know if your allergic to something? (like brown rice).
On the seafood....some people say you can't have shell fish and others say you can. I LOVE shell fish and eat it every week. Can I have this???? If not...why? (Yema...don't feel like you the only one who needs to answer all of these questions....I feel bad like I'm directing them all to you...I don't expect you to know everything but thank you for all your research) :)

alot of these foods are new to me and I'm afraid I'm a bit ignorant when it comes to what they are, what they do for you and how to prepar them so they taste good. (sorry)
