...Both EFT and Doyletics are intended to be quick, I believe.

Psycho-analysis, for example, is not, and it asks that we revisit the feelings, re-experience them.

Where Doyletics carries us back to the time BEFORE we were vulnerable to the particular feelings we are attempting to alleviate.

Which makes me think that peacefulness is our original state of being, our true nature...our strength.

Certainly it is the state we go to at the end of our lives, no matter when or how we go.

We have much evidence that all people can go 'into the light' (again, for want of a better term) after life is over...even if some need help to realize this.

EFT and Doyletics both recognize that wholeness and health, strength, peace and contentment, exist at every moment throughout every life. That we only need to remember to that state, whenever unhappiness assails us.

Both methods are quick ways to remind our inner selves, I believe.
