I'm just as new as you to this, so I suggest you email Bobby from the link at the site and see what he has to say.

I've found some doyles didn't seem to shift either. I think he suggests you have another go right away or come back to it later.

It's also possible you lost the time line??

As I say, I'm just playing with this myself now. I have noticed that when one does go it can produce really profound energetic shifts. The release is more complete than any other technique I've tried.
