Not off topic, vatas definitely require more fat in their diet, flax is a good source of omega 3. For those that need more omega 3's and do not wish to use fish oil flax is good. Omega 3's have antiinflammatory properties and would help symptoms of PMS and migraines also. Once the fatty acid consumption is brought into balance, hempseed is pretty close to the perfect balance (1/2) with the omega 3 & 6 ratio being 1/3.
